Returns
Eligibility: You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
Exchanges
If there’s any issue with your product, or if it arrives damaged, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us by email or phone. We’ll be happy to arrange a one-to-one exchange and deliver the replacement right to your doorstep.
It would also be helpful if you could send us a photo of the issue and let us know the reason, so we can assist you better.
If your exchange request is approved, we will notify you and arrange for the replacement to be delivered to your home within 5–10 business days.
How to Initiate a Return

2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.
3. Pack the items securely and ship it back to the address provided.
